Our team is made up of a tight knit selection of people with the aspiration to deliver great events and we're always on the look out for hard working team players who are interested in joining us for casual weekend, temporary and seasonal work at events.

What do i need to do to apply?
Please send a copy of your CV and a covering letter to firstname.lastname@example.org, a member of the Show Team will then be in touch to discuss the various positions we will be looking to fill.
What kind of jobs do you have available?
Car Park Marshal – Working as part of a team to direct and park vehicles as they enter and exit an event.
Pay Booth – As the first person to greet attendees, you’ll help with the processing of customers, greeting our visitors and selling admission tickets on the gate of an event.
Ticket Checking – Checking and scanning tickets and passes for both vehicles and people as they arrive at an event.
Seasonal Team - Summer work across our busiest period, helping the site team set up and take down all our events and then covering one of the above roles at the events themselves.
General Marshal - Walking through the event, checking that everything is running as it should be, being a presence and source of information to the public.
Car Park Assistant - Helping customers get parked safely, you’ll be directing customers within the car park at arrival and departure – leading them to available spaces when they arrive and ensuring visitors can get out when they need to.
Info Point Steward - The go-to person for everything an attendee needs to know, you’ll be giving information to festival-goers and feeding back any key concerns, questions or needs to the Showground management team.
What kind of people are you looking for?
You must be friendly, polite, hard working and have the ability to deal with the public. You will be working outdoors, so you must be ready to work in all kinds of weather conditions and you may be on your feet most of the day.
Is there a uniform I need to wear?
Dress for the weather, and dress comfortably! We would ask you not to wear football shirts or tracksuits. At some events you will be given an event specific t-shirt to wear.
We will provide:
A high-viz yellow or orange vest, plenty to drink!
What else should I bring with me?
The British Weather is always unpredicatble so you should be prepared for all types of weather.
Sunshine – Suncream, sunglasses, hat.
Rain – Waterproofs & wellies.
Cold – Warm clothing, thin layers.
Food is available to purchase at all of our events, but you are more than welcome to bring food with you.
What will happen when I first arrive at an event?
You should arrive about 15 minutes before your start time for a briefing before you will be shown to your post.
Can I camp on site?
Camping and camping facilities are available at certain events, and are free. If you would like to camp, you should ask if camping is available and let us know when you will be arriving.
You will need to bring your own camping equipment…such as a tent, bedding, cooking facilities and food.
